I’ve always been a little too in my head about change. The kind of person who stays in a job for years after they know they should leave, or who the type will save hundreds of items at multiple stores in an online cart for weeks before committing to...well usually none of them. So, naturally, when it came to my hair, something I have to wear every day, I walked into the salon still completely unsure.
Through Elevated Self work, I’ve gotten so much better at trusting my decisions, stepping into certainty and actually following through. I’ve learned to check in with my intuition instead of just spiraling in overthinking. But even still, I catch myself getting stuck sometimes, and that’s okay. Growth doesn’t mean never feeling doubt again, it means knowing you can move through it.
Lately, I’ve been feeling like sharing more of my routines, the little things I do that make my life feel elevated, soft and intentional. I used to think these small things didn’t matter, but the truth is, every single choice we make shapes our reality. So, I’ve decided to start posting more videos like this and I’d love to know if you enjoy this kind of content. 🤍
Real transformation doesn’t happen all at once and it doesn’t always come in with huge break throughs. It usually happens in the quiet, everyday moments where we decide to treat ourselves with care, trust our intuition and step fully into the version of ourselves we know we’re becoming.

At 28, I felt completely lost, exhausted, inflamed, anxious, and stuck in a life that didn’t feel like mine.
I was struggling with hormonal imbalances, trapped in a job that drained me, and in a relationship that wasn’t right. My body was screaming at me to make a change, and when I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism, I knew I couldn’t keep living the way I had been.
The irony? I had a degree in health science (acupuncture) and had been obsessed with wellness and the subconscious mind for years. I should have known how to fix this. But I didn’t. I felt like giving up.
Instead, I decided to change everything.
This is what I did:
1. I got clear. I wrote out everything I wanted to change—breaking it down into categories: beauty & self-care, body & wellness, abundance & manifestation, mind & emotions.
2. I mapped out my future reality. I wrote a journal entry describing an average day in my dream life, in past tense, as if it had already happened.
3. I met my Elevated Self. I realized the version of me living that life felt different. She thought differently, moved differently, carried herself differently. I needed to embody her first, so I got crystal clear on who she was.
4. I meditated and visualized. I designed my own meditations to connect with her in the quantum field, knowing that if I could align with her frequency, my reality would shift to match.
5. I took aligned action. At first, it felt like pretending. But soon, the decisions I made, the way I spoke, the way I showed up and it all started to feel natural. And the more I embodied her, the faster my life caught up.
Within months, everything changed. And it all started with deciding to become my elevated self.

I used to wonder why no matter how much I journaled, visualized, or set intentions, some things just wouldn’t shift. I could see the life I wanted so clearly, but somehow, it always felt just out of reach.

For years, I thought love had to be earned. That if I just did more, gave more, or proved my worth enough, someone would finally make me feel loved and respected and heard at all times. I spent so much time trying to be “good enough” for terrible people that I never stopped to ask if they were ever good enough for me.
And then, one day, it hit me: love was never something I had to chase.
I wasn’t attracting love. I was attracting lessons. Mirrors. Projections of my own self worth. Because no matter how much I wanted a great love, my energy still said I’ll accept the bare minimum. And the universe listened and provided just that, often less.
So I stopped asking for a relationship and started asking myself better questions:
🩶 Do I actually believe I’m worthy of the love I want?
🩶 If I fully trusted it was coming, how would I show up for myself today?
🩶 What would it feel like to be in a relationship that was safe, expansive and effortless?
And then I became the version of me that felt completely deserving of everything I wanted. I stopped settling, I stopped waiting and I lived. Fully, deeply, just as I was, in complete gratitude. And two months later, the most beautiful love arrived in the form of my now husband of 5 years. Not because I wished for it harder. Not because I made a vision board. Or listed his physical attributes. But because I finally became someone who felt deserving and safe in receiving.

The missing link for me was I was always wishing for what I wanted. I saw what I was trying to visualize as something in the future. I thought that I was calling it in, but by not visualizing myself already having it, I was subconsciously thinking, “You don’t believe you deserve that yet.” So I learned about the subconscious mind, neuroplasticity and limiting beliefs and everything changed.
Here is what I did:
1. I journaled about my limiting beliefs whenever they came up.
I kept a note in my phone and whenever I got the chance, l tried to find where they came from and how they held me back in my present reality.
2. I wrote down positive, counter beliefs to replace them with.
Whenever I noticed the self limiting belief come up I would mentally replace it with the positive one.
3.I created a journal exercise about my ideal self. The version of me that is already living in my dream life. How she enters a room, what she wears, what are her attributes and what is essential to her. I call it my Elevated Self.
4.I created my own meditations covering everything | wanted to work on from beauty and body confidence, to sleep, to manifesting my dreams. I layered them with neuroplasticity principles, visualization, binaural beats, affirmations and so much more to help lock in the change.
Finally, I started living as my Elevated Self in my current reality both in these visualization meditations and in real life. I could not believe the results!! I’ve now gone through five entire vision boards. I’ve lived in LA and NYC, built a business I love, traveled the world, and created a life beyond what I thought was possible.

How to get the most out of listening to affirmations ✨
Most people do affirmations incorrectly. So I want to share what’s missing from your affirmation practice:
Before I understood the science behind affirmations, I struggled with them because I didn’t believe what I was saying.
I learned that by deeply feeling the emotions of the statements, regardless of whether you truly believe them, your brain begins to accept them as truth. Neuroscience tells us that emotions can enhance neural pathways and reinforce positive beliefs.
Here’s how to blend affirmations and mirror work to 10X your results:
Feel the Emotion: Sit in front of a mirror and repeat your affirmations, focusing on how it would feel if you TRULY believed them. Imagine the confidence, joy, or peace that comes with these beliefs. This emotional engagement and consistent rehearsal is crucial for rewiring your brain.
Engage Your Senses: For example, for, “I am beautiful just as ! am,” imagine smiling, feeling a tingle of excitement or gratitude while you look at an aspect of your appearance that you’re grateful for. Sensory engagement makes the affirmation more powerful.
Look with Love: As you repeat affirmations, scan your reflection. Look at your face with love, identify your beautiful features, and show love to parts of you that have made you self-conscious in the past. Look at yourself with the kindness and compassion of a best friend or a loving parent.
Consistency is Key: At first, this practice might feel awkward, but over time, you’ll start looking forward to these little self-dates! I get asked for beauty routines to help with smile lines all the time. And I just want to take a moment to say that smile lines (or as they’re called in Chinese Face Reading, Purpose Lines) are absolutely beautiful. They tell the story of how much joy, love and purpose you’ve embraced. If they’re deep and defined, it means you’ve truly lived. If they’re faint or uneven, it might mean you’re still searching for that deeper fulfillment (which is just as valid). Either way, they’re not just lines, they’re proof of a life in motion.
So instead of trying to erase them from a negative perspective, this routine is all about bringing vitality back to the area. Refreshing, releasing and working with your skin in a way that supports its natural rhythm.
How to Soften & Release Smile Lines with Gua Sha:
1. Set an intention to keep in your mind during your practice.
2. Prep your skin with a facial oil or a hydrating serum that allows the tool to glide smoothly.
3. Gently warm up the area with light lymphatic drainage and increase circulation.
4. Follow along with this routine. Being careful to note exactly how I’m holding the tool.
5. Support your skin with your opposite hand and avoid pulling or stretching.
Always finish with lymphatic drainage by sweeping down the sides of your neck to encourage fluid movement and reduce puffiness.

Some days, meditation feels like a portal to inner peace. Other days, it feels like trying to reason with an insane mind that won’t sit still. But the thing about showing up (even when it’s the last thing I feel like doing) is that it always leads me somewhere better.
Because your Elevated Self and your dream life isn’t actually created in the big, dramatic breakthroughs. They’re built in the tiny, “boring” choices you make daily. Stopping what you’re doing no matter what. Sitting down. Taking a breath. Choosing stillness over scrolling. This is where transformation happens, not because it’s flashy, but because it’s consistent.
How to Make Meditation Work for You (Even If You Struggle to Sit Still)
🤍 Start with just 2 minutes. If the idea of meditating for 20 minutes stresses you out, don’t. Start small. Two minutes of deep breathing can reset your nervous system.
🤍 Regulate before you meditate. If my mind feels chaotic, I always do EFT tapping, somatic movement, or breath work first. Sometimes, your body needs to move before it can be still.
🤍 Use visualization. Instead of “clearing your mind” (impossible, btw), visualize your Elevated Self. What do they feel like? How do they move through their day? This makes meditation feel exciting, not like a chore.
🤍 Anchor it to something you already do. Always have a morning matcha? Listen to a walking meditation while you make it. Yoga before bed? End with Savasana. Pair meditation with an existing habit so it becomes automatic.
Remember you don’t have to “do it right.” Your mind will wander. You’ll get restless. That’s the practice, bringing yourself back lovingly and without judgement. And over time, you’ll notice something: you’re no longer controlled by the chaos.

If you’re new to my account, Hi, I’m Stephanie. My life wasn’t always the way you see it now. Just a few years ago, every aspect of my life felt like it was stuck. I was working 12 hour days to pay rent, attracting toxic relationships, dealing with hormone imbalances, unexplained weight gain, low self-esteem, exhausted, overworked, and unsure of how to break free. I was doing everything “right” but felt completely disconnected from the life I wanted to live.
Fast forward to today; I’ve completely transformed my life using the same methods I now teach to thousands of others. I’ve manifested the love of my life, luxury travel, a highly successful business, multiple dream homes, my dream body and appearance as well as a deep sense of confidence, fulfilment and peace that I never thought possible. I used to do the complete opposite of a lot of these statements.
These negative habits and traits often stem from limiting beliefs, but the good news is you can change them.
By becoming conscious of them, creating a new narrative, a new version of you and integrating that version of you into your every day life, you can elevate incredibly quickly. I learned this years ago and my entire life transformed.
Becoming the most elevated version of you is all about creating a new narrative and then reinforcing it by creating new neural pathways in your mind, replacing the old with new positive beliefs.
This future version of you is already living your dream life. They dress confidently, act with purpose, work with passion, have supportive friends and mentors, and set strong boundaries.

Ever stumbled upon a simple trick that turned out to be life changing?
That’s the physiological sigh for me. Just two quick breaths in through the nose followed by a long exhale, repeated three to five times— it’s like pressing a reset button for your nervous system.
As someone who experiences stress and anxiety which leads to rapid and shallow breathing this technique has been incredibly powerful for me. It acts like a pattern interrupt, stopping my shallow breathing and calming my nervous system instantly.
Research shows that this method not only helps in regulating stress responses but also enhances overall respiratory efficiency, making it a great tool for mental clarity, focus, performance and relaxation.
I use this technique daily and it actually inspired into RESET meditation from my program, THE MEDITATIONS. It’s designed to help you let go of the day’s emotions, transform negative energy into something positive and refresh your entire being. It guides you through an energetic shower, where you cleanse the stress of social media comparisons or external stressors and recharge for what’s ahead.
